Otero added another run in the third, but Colby showcased their resilience by scoring three runs in the second and another three in the third inning, seizing a 7-5 lead.

Colby continued crushing it offensively in the fifth inning, adding two more runs, extending their lead to 9-6. Otero scored once more in the fourth inning, but Colby's defense held firm, preventing any further runs and securing the victory.
