The Seward County sophomore ace was nearly flawless this week in two starts against Jayhawk competition as first she twirled a 3 hit shutout in a huge 4-0 win over 20th ranked Butler on Tuesday and backed that up with an even better performance with a 1 hit shutout against Dodge City where she struck out 11 without walking a batter.  She finishes the week with a spotless 0.00 ERA and 16 strikeouts compared to 2 walks.

Kent continued to swing a hot bat this week as the sophomore outfielder hit .636 with 5 RBI�s in four Seward County wins.  She recorded 7 hits in four games including a double and two triples and finished the week with a 1.091 slugging percentage.
