Myles Thompson nearly recorded his sixth double-double of the season in Barton's lone game of the week and he was named the KJCCC Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Thompson finished with 15 points on 46.6-percent shooting with some key buckets down the stretch, but none bigger than his fourth offensive and ninth rebound hauled in forcing the Broncbusters to foul late.

Going unnoticed on the stat sheet, the sophomore also drew a late game player control foul as the 2nd ranked Cougars ran their winning streak to 17-straight with a 70-68 win.
