KJCCC DI MEN'S BASKEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK - WEEK 15

Barton's Lajae Jones posted a pair of double-doubles this past week averaging 22.5 points on 58 percent shooting and 13 rebounds in helping the nation's top-ranked team to a 2-0 week and first Jayhawk Conference title since 2009.

Jones started his week scoring Barton's opening seven points Wednesday night at Dodge City as the sophomore finished with game highs of 26 points and 12 rebounds for his 11th double-double of the season.

Having already clinched a share of the league title, Jones capped his week carrying the Cougars to the outright crown dropping 19 points on 55-percent shooting and pulling down 6 of his 14 rebounds on the offensive side in posting his fourth double-double over the last five games and 12th double-double of the year in Barton's 91-78 win over No. 15 Hutchinson.
