KJCCC D-II Player of the Week: Massi Malterer – Johnson County Community College
Johnson County sophomore guard Massi Malterer the weekly leader for the Cavaliers, The sophomore guard from Madison, Wisconsin finished in double figures for the 24th time this season, pouring in 25 points to lead JCCC to a 76-67 win over Neosho County in the final regular season game of 2023-24. Malterer hit 11-of-18 shots for 61 percent. For the season, he is averaging 17.4 points which ranks second in the conference.
