Eastern Division Player Of The Week
Fort Scott Community CollegeBrittany Demery 5'10" Sophomore Forward Oklahoma City, OK Brittany Demery had a big week which included three double-doubles in conference play. In a win over Neosho, Brittany scored 10pts going 3-7 from the floor while pulling down 14 rebounds and going 4-4 from the free throw line. She also added 4 assists and 3 steals. Against Coffeyville, Brittany scored 13pts shooting 4-10 from the field and pulled down 12 rebounds and once again shot perfect from the free throw line going 5-5. On Saturday versus Allen, Brittany went 9-14 from the floor scoring 22pts and going 3-4 from the free throw line while pulling down 11 rebounds. Brittany averaged 15ppg and 12.3rpg while shooting 52% from the field and 92% from the free throw line while also being a force on the defensive end. |
