Beatty scored all 24 of his points against Butler in the 2nd half during Barton’s overtime loss to the Grizzlies Monday. He followed that with a 16-point, 8-rebound game in Barton’s win at Hutchinson Thursday. He also averaged 3.5 assists during the week.

Jones led a 2-0 charge for the Saint this week with a big win on the road at Cloud County on Monday night before returning home Saturday night to take out the Conqs of Dodge City by a wide margin. Against the T-Birds Jones finished with 28 points and knocked down 7 three pointers, just one shy of the school record. On Saturday against Dodge he scored 18 points in 29 minutes of work and also dished out 4 assists and had 4 rebounds.
